Booking Terms and Conditions for Sing Musical Theatre with PCC
Please read before booking.
Tickets
PCC member tickets are only available to current Prestwich Community Choir members.
To use the PCC member ticket rate, you must have an active PCC membership on the date of the workshop. If you book a member ticket and your membership is no longer active on the date of the workshop, you will need to pay the difference between the member ticket price and the standard adult ticket price, or your ticket may be cancelled and refunded.
Members may book tickets for guests during the priority booking period, but guest tickets must be booked at the correct adult or child / young person ticket rate. The PCC member ticket rate is for current PCC members only.
Child / young person tickets are for ages 8 to 17. This workshop is recommended for ages 8+. Children and young people must attend with a ticket-paying responsible adult, who must remain on site for the duration of the workshop.
Refunds, cancellations and transfers
Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the workshop.
After this point, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the workshop is cancelled by Prestwich Community Choir.
Tickets may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement from Prestwich Community Choir. This is because different ticket types and prices apply to PCC members, adults and children / young people.
If the workshop is cancelled by Prestwich Community Choir, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
If there is a major change to the workshop, such as a change of date, venue or the main advertised content, ticket holders will be contacted and offered appropriate options.
No refund will be given if you do not attend on the day.
Event changes
Prestwich Community Choir may need to make small changes to the workshop details, such as timings, content or venue arrangements. If any major change is needed, ticket holders will be contacted.
Access and support needs
We want the workshop to be as welcoming and accessible as possible. Please let us know about any access needs, support needs or relevant information when booking so we can plan appropriately where possible.
